2. You must use your Identity Number as the payment reference to ensure your payment is correctly linked to your account. Ensure that the POP is clear,

3. Failure to provide a valid POP or using an incorrect reference will result in being blocked from using the system until the issue is resolved.

4. The POP confirms that you have paid the required registration or service fee, ensuring that your application or account is processed without delays.

5. Submitting an invalid or falsified POP will lead to immediate suspension of your account.
